GSM 2026 is a two-day international event that empowers collaboration between Industry and R&D to
shape a more flexible grid. GSM 2026 serves as a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange, co-creation, and innovation, focusing on the technologies, strategies, and human factors essential for a secure, inclusive, and sustainable energy future.

As the energy transition accelerates, GSM 2026 will examine how decentralized energy resources,
communities, and regulations reshape grid operators, market players, and consumers. The conference will focus on ensuring grid adequacy, developing grid-forming capabilities, and balancing supply security with decentralization and electrification. Key discussions will address storage technologies, sector coupling, and innovations that enhance flexibility and resilience. It will also explore the evolution of business models and behavioral shifts, including digital participation and social acceptance. Contributions are invited on interdisciplinary approaches, regulatory strategies, and advanced technologies shaping the future grid.

R&D, as well as INDUSTRY, are kindly requested to submit a 1-page abstract.

Presentations highlighting ongoing or future projects are also welcomed to participate.
