Digital tools for enhancing the uptake of digital services in the energy market

Description

The project aims to develop multiple tools that clearly present concrete, personalised & comparable propositions to citizens for future-proofing their homes based on federated, data-driven services from multiple, diverse service providers will be developed.  It aims to enables citizens to compare and select the options that best fit their specific situation and personal needs via  apps supporting natural language interfaces.

SmartEn contributions

smartEn will leads the drafting of policy recommendations for further citizen empowerment toward the twin transition and  recommendations for residential-flex-friendly energy/flexibility market design & processes. smartEn will also takes part in the dissemination and communications activities.
